Larry Jon Wilson was a country singer in the mid-late 70’s Outlaw Country movement. His music was different & his label didn’t know how to promote him so they didn’t after 4 albums & 5 years of going nowhere he left Nashville. In 2001 he released his 5th & final album recorded in his hotel room with just a guitar & a few friends.
New Beginning’s was the title track of his first album. It’s about a man who has given up nearly everything to pursue his dreams & is now ready to settle down with the two who always stood by him. His woman & the Lord.
